What will you be doing here?

• Collaborate closely with the logistics team to address and resolve pick-up-related customer queries.
• Ensure effective communication of end-user needs and concerns to the Operations team for timely resolution.
• Demonstrate empathy and attentiveness to customer needs throughout the support process.
• Be prepared to handle the responsibilities of a logistics executive if the situation demands.

What are we looking for?

• An individual with at least 6 months experience in customer service with logistics coordination.
• High energy levels and a strong sense of ownership.
• Exceptional proficiency in the English language.
• Proficient computer skills, with expertise in MS Excel.
• Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent people management skills to foster positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure.
• Strong hustle mentality, demonstrating the drive to achieve desired results.
