This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name [www.digi2l.in] (“Website”), including the related mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) The Platform is owned by UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited, a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered address at Citi Point, 704 – 705, 7th Floor, B Wing, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400059. Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations, with UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" or “your” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to register on the Platform by providing Registration Data while registering on the Platform as Registered User using the computer systems. The term "We", "Us", "Our", “Digi2L”, “Logi2L” shall mean UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE APP INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, You also accept and agree to be bound by UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited Policies ((including but not limited to Privacy Policy available at Privacy) as amended from time to time.

    1. Acceptance of Terms:-
      2. By accessing and using the UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited Logistics Mobile Application, “Logi2L” (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
    2. User Registration:-
      1. To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register and create an account.
      2. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.We store and process Your Information including any sensitive financial information collected (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000), if any, on computers that may be protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures in accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules there under. Our current Privacy Policy is available at Privacy. If you object to Your Information being transferred or used in this way, please do not use the Platform.
    3. Membership Eligibility:-
      1. Transaction on the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use the Platform or access content on the Platform only under the supervision and prior consent/ permission of a parent or legal guardian.
    4. Services:-
      5. The App provides “logistics services”, which enable one or more from among the following, the list including without limitation:
      1. The services of goods transport through vehicles by Digi2L for a point to point service within city, within the geographical territory of India;
      2. management of fleet and fleet drivers for performing the above “service” of “reverse logistics”;
      3. such other services which UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited may from time to time add.

      UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited – Digi2L and Logi2L reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time.
    5. User Responsibilities:-
      1. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
      2. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited.
    6. User Content:- You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App ("User Content"). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content, you grant UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content.
    7. Privacy Policy:-
      1. We view protection of Your privacy as a very important principle. We understand clearly that You and Your Personal Information is one of Our most important assets. We store and process Your Information including any sensitive financial information collected (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000), if any, on computers that may be protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures in accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules there under. Our current Privacy Policy is available at Privacy. If you object to Your Information being transferred or used in this way, please do not use the Platform.
      2. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
      3. The UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of user information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
      4. We may disclose personal information to third parties. This disclosure may be required for us to provide you access to our Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our User Agreement, to facilitate our marketing and advertising activities, or to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to our Services. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing and advertising purposes without your explicit consent.

      1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
      2. All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, belong to UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited.
      3. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without the express written permission of UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited.
    9. Limitation of Liability & Warranties:-
      1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.
      2. The information on this Platform is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
    10. Governing Laws & Jurisdiction:-
      1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
      2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1993.
      3. Subject to the dispute resolution set out, any disputes shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Mumbai as per the mutual discussion between the parties, India.
    11. Changes to Terms:-

      12. UTC Digital Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the App. It is Users responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes.
